Our gym contains all you need to ensure your workout is a complete one.  Our variety of equipment provides everything needed to challenge and motivate each individual.  The gym contains a choice of aerobic equipment, resistance stations, a smith machine, an excellent free weights section plus a punch bag.  Definitely something to suit everyone

Our membership price is all inclusive so there is no joining fee.  Included in your membership are, an induction, training programme and regular updates.  Our qualified and very friendly staff will tailor and design a programme suitable to each person’s specific requirements.
